A few emails later, asking Apollo Motorhomes in Brisbane a few questions, and looking at their link, we had an appointment booked. On Friday at 11:00 am we were booked to have a tour of their Apollo Motorhomes business in Northgate.

Arriving to the dealership, and getting to look at all of the different Motorhomes that were available, and waiting to be meet in the office, I was able to get a feel for the place.

It had a good vibe in the sales office, and then the reception area was also comfy. The lady behind the counter greeted us with a smile, and was so friendly. The working environment felt like everyone had respect for each other, and they staff cared about their customers.

I had already done a bit of research about the company before the appointment, as I wanted to know some history of how Apollo Motorhomes had started and who was running the show!

I also wanted to know anything and everything – if I am going to be recommending Apollo Motorhome Company on our blog site – I want to have information to share!

Here is a few facts about Apollo Motorhomes

• Apollo Motorhomes is a family run business – it was started by a family, and is passed down to the brothers of the same family
• There is over 3,000 Apollo Motorhomes in Australia and New Zealand
• Since the two brothers took over the running of the company they have expanded the ranges of Motorhomes – there is the hippie camper, cheapa camper, and other brands of Apollo Motorhomes to suit everyones budget!
• Apollo Motorhome has expanded to New Zealand, USA and Canada
• Most branches are located close to airports – so that you can fly to Australia (for example) – catch a taxi from the airport straight to Northgate and start your holiday!
• Depending on your Apollo motorhome deal will depend on what services are included, or added for extra packages.
• There is a “Welcome Pack” with each rental. For your first night you will have matches, dishwashing liquid, sponge, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sugar sachets.
• It is highly advisable to bring soft bags for easy storage when you are hiring your Motorhome
• Ask the friendly staff at Apollo about Insurance, as they will share with you how to bring your Liability down to as little as $250.00!
• Vehicles need to be cleaned upon returning. If you hire the 4WD Adventure Camper and do take it off road- then there will be dirt on the outside! Maybe also on the inside. You can clean it yourself (a quick hose off!), or could look into paying a service cleaning fee (ask upon hiring/returning regards this service).
• You will have 24 hour roadside assistance.
