We used to always drive past Chambers Island Maroochydore when we used to live on the Sunshine Coast – like drive past it all of the time and never ever cross the bridge to it….now we are walking across there at least once a day. And we love our perfect spot….its gorgeous. And its such a pretty place to meet Kyle’s “Best Friend” – he is the most friendliest kid ever, whenever he meets someone they all become his “Best Friend”.
But today we did get to catch up with his Best Friend – he went to Prep with Oakley.
Yesterday we also caught up with an amazing family down from Gympie {I meet their sweet Mama through my studies}. And her three amazing boys got along so well with my boys – but you know what I forgot to take pictures yesterday, weird I know!
So glad I remembered to grab my camera today cause there is one sweet little boy who has stolen my heart {and I secretly think that Kyle wants him as a little brother!!!}
They had fun building “Bunkers’ and “Balls” {Sand Balls} protecting each others base. Cameron and Dylan paired up -Kyle and Oakley paired up and then sweet little Ash went between them both!
Cameron and Dylan both LOVE minecraft – you so should have seen Cameron’s face when Dylan walked in with a Minecraft Book – oh his eyes lit up and they were huge! He actually said to me tonight “The Brother I have always wanted cause he likes the same stuff as me”
I know that these picture is out focus but this is just perfect because he had no idea I was taking the Picture – so he was natural and he is smiling so its beautiful.
Yes they caught fish and were carrying it in the drink bottle!!!
Thanks Annemarie for the wonderful relaxing day, its been a very long since I have sat down, chatted, relaxed, de-stress and watched my boys have so much fun.
Thanks to my new friend for yesterday!
We have had two amazing days, perfect leading up to the Three Days that David has got off work – he has been working crazy hours {along with all of the team}…doing 38 hours OVER time this week alone, even working on Saturdays and Sunday to get two caravans built and ready for the Nambour Caravan Show – must try and get pictures of the vans soon as possible cause they are gorgeous and something to be very proud of.
Have You Been to Chambers Island?
Cheers
Lisa
