This Year our Christmas plans are up in the air – we have no idea where we are going to be nor do we have any idea who we are going to be spending it with! And I kinda like it, its almost like we are going to be free to do what we want for the Christmas holidays and decide at the last minute which is something that makes me super excited.
I like the unknown. I like not making plans, and going with the flow! I like letting the universe decide for us what we will be doing instead of having to please everyone.
I do know that we have the same thoughts as a few years ago – that Christmas Means More than about Gifts
Christmas Tree Lights
We have the most magical Christmas Tree in our Shipping Container. Its huge and its one of those ones that was really expensive at the beginning of the Christmas but was on sale when we purchased it {a few years back} and I like how good it looks with all of our decorations on it, but we can’t fit it into the Motorhome.
So this year I decided that instead we would have a Christmas Tree made out of lights! And its such a great idea ::
All pictures and setting up of the Christmas Tree Lights are courtesy of Cameron Wood – He took all of the photos bar one and he set this up all by himself 🙂
Its that easy that a 11 year old can join in on the decorations!
Putting together the Base
Yes Cameron Put the Whole thing Together without reading any instructions! Such a Man thing to do.
So Easy To Set Up ~
Yet So Pretty To Look At!
Love it when its Lit Up at Night Time ~
Its so pretty
It is Hard to Get a Good Photo At Night Time ~
Tried so many times! But the real deal is way better than a photo
We placed this near the side of our Motorhome ~
and everyone stopped to have a good look at it,
saying how good it looked.
I was a bit surprised with how Tall the Christmas Tree Lights are – was thinking that it could sit inside our motorhome but its way taller! So we had it up for one night and its now packed away while we will be away in Melbourne. Mind you our boys are already talking about when “can we reset it back up” 🙂
Even the lady from the office asked where the Lights came from so I directed her to Online Shopping Australia store – wondering what she is going to buy for the Caravan Park from the Online Christmas Lights Decorations to give the park the Christmas Look.
Christmas Party
Which reminds me ~ this caravan park is by far the best we have come across! They have invited us to a Christmas Party in November, one where its catered for by lots of yummy food and Presents from Santa Claus…should be so much fun.
Do You Like Christmas Tree Lights?
Cheers

Gee, and I thought I was organized. I have only just set a date for the extended family party literally this morning at a morning tea with my sisters in law and I thought I was very good in that I have started making some of our Christmas Gifts and here you are working on your Christmas Lights!

I’m definitely a contradiction in that I often like things planned out. I also love to just go with the flow and see where things go. I do like your enthusiasm for your Christmas plans this year for you guys, Lisa! The tree turned out great so great job to you, Cameron! 🙂
