We went out last night, and got dressed up! Had a yummy meal at Rock Bar Grill and Cafe, and got to speak with other adults 🙂
It was a blast to actually go out for dinner, have a night off from cooking, and to also see our boys so good looking, having fun with other homeschooling children. Do you know it was all boys dressed up last night, no girls!!! How funny is that 😉
It was the End of Year Homeschooling Party, it was organically meant to be a huge party upstairs to the Rock Bar and Grill but everyone kept on pulling out to it was down to three families so a decision was made to still get dressed up, to still go out for dinner to the Rock Bar and Grill, just not to decorate the room or have a band {which would have been so nice}. I have lots of decorations left now! Which I am going to be using soon so its all good.
And gee was it nice not to have to come home to do the washing up for a change. And I want to do it again so that our boys can have lots more fun, and use their suits again.
I love being with my boys, and I love going out so the night was a great hit. I also love having adult conversations – as a Homeschooling Mum who is out on a farm its so very good to have someone/something different to do!
Flat Stanley came all the way from Florida in the USA and will be returning home soon – after our big adventure that we have in 8 More Sleeps!
Kyle wanted a Cheese Burger so we ordered the Texas Burger for him – I can’t believe how much this kid can eat!!! Afterwards he went to McDonalds for dessert – yeah hollow legs 🙂
Can I just say how hot do these boys look!! They all look so amazing – going to break some hearts for sure 🙂
How sweet are these homeschooling boys from Bundaberg! Seriously – they are so cute dressed up.
The End of Year Homeschooling Party for 2016 was so cool! They all had so much fun, and they sure do look super cute dressed up. Will have to make sure we get together again really soon for more fun and good times 🙂
Great Photos Lisa.
Gosh the boys are growing up.
That is great that they get to have a party as being home schooled I assume they would miss out on lots of social events.
