I am the biggest Juice/Smoothie junky out there! I would live on them if I could….and I love the gym. Yet it doesn’t seem to do much for my weight or the mind. So when I was asked to look at Hypnotikadiet Weight And Mind program I was curious, and excited to see what it was all about.
We use Hypnosis for our sons when they are not able to sleep at night time, and play different tracks for different needs for all of us – David has a huge library of Hypnosis downloaded onto our computer as well as on his phone. He gets them for a great price through a website, buying so many at once makes them way cheaper.
Yet I have never thought to use one for the Weight and Mind!
I am not good at paperwork, its my biggest down fall for all of our own line work as well as for tax time! David buys so much for work, and keeps the receipts in an envelope for each financial year but I can never remember to even keep the receipts….but I am going off track.
What I was getting to was that I wasn’t sure how I would keep track of entering my food in the Daily Progress Section – and then the weekly section. And yeah I am letting myself down. I have tried many times to find five minutes to get online and fill in the details – and its not that much to fill in!

What’s your focus for tomorrow.
I started the program over a two weeks ago but didn’t actually fill out any information because I was reading as much as possible – they have sections for Weight and Mind, Nutrition, Fitness, Yoga, Tai-Chi, Workshops, News, Messages – and we also had so many birthday celebrations that I knew that eating Cake was not part of my new Hypnotikadiet Weight and Mind program.
So you could say that I have looked at the program information, listened to the one off first Mp3 recording, and filled out the questionnaires but haven’t actually started listening to the daily Hypnosis recording nor filled out the food diary daily. Till today! Monday is the beginning of the week – and I will be determined to find the time for getting online and filling out each section.
Positive Changes ::
Even though I have only half participated in the program because of Birthdays and lack of determination, I have already noticed changes.
- chewing 15 times means that I can’t each as much as I used to because I am feeling satisfied sooner
- using a smaller plate {actually its one of our boys Toy Story Plates!!} helps with dishing up meals
- being more careful with my food choices because I have know that I am going to have to enter them into the diary section!
- drinking more water
- walking along the beach every afternoon as well as going to the gym
- more energy to last through out the day
- my Detox Tea seems to be working better now that I have listened to my Hypnosis.
Spooky But Makes Sense ::
If you have seen the inside of our Motorhome {or pictures} you will know our colour scheme is Red, Black and White. YET I am looking at changing all of our Caravan Curtains to Green. Its really spooky but I have been drawn to the colour green for some time…about a couple of months.
And guess what my healing colour is according to the Hypnosis Mp3 track?
Yep you guessed it right if you said Green!!! Spooky but makes sense – my inner voice has been guiding me lately with a lot of personal life choices and I guess its getting it right.
Honest Thoughts ::
I should have tried Hypnosis for Mind and Body a long time ago!
I need to change my thinking about the paper work section and use that saying “If you can’t change the situation, change the way you think about it” – embrace it!
I have been eating to big a meal at night time for too long
I need to walk more – thanks to our younger adventures son that will be possible!
I want these body changes to work so I know that hypnotikadiet weight and mind will benefit my inner and outer health.
Recommendation ::
Yes I would recommend the program to those that want a new life, a new way of being, a new way of eating, a new way of thinking….. its amazing what the mindset can achieve!
I do think think that if there was a “Phone App” to have with you that filling out the Daily Food Section would be a lot easier – I am trying to find time at night time to get online to fill out what I ate each day this week….will let you all know how that goes.
Weight Loss ::
My weight goes up and down like a yo-yo at the moment. I am not sharing how much I weigh at the moment! But I will share how I feel/Look after 12 weeks!
I do know that after we had our third son I was able to get back down to my pre-body weight that I was before I started having Children…so I do know that it is possible to have my body back again.
