“Starting November 1, we’re launching a project called 30 Days of Indie Travel. We’re inviting bloggers from around the world (including you!) to join us in a daily blogging effort reflecting on our past travel experiences.  Each day, we’ll post a new prompt on BootsnAll articles. Bloggers can follow the prompts as strictly or loosely as they like, interpreting them in various ways and responding via text, photos or video posted on their own blogs” – courtesy of BootsnAll 30 days of Indie Travel information.

I absolutely love Australia, we are so lucky to live in such a beautiful country and its so diverse in landscape. I’m not sure I could choose just one favourite place to travel, but the southern end of WA and the Northern end of Qld are definitely up there. Thanks for putting my photo up, Elliot Heads is our favourite beach in Bundaberg.

Australia is fabulous, but I still absolutely love the Lake District in the north of England (where I’m originally from). We go there every 2 or 3 years for a holiday and spend almost all our time hiking in the mountains – usually followed by a beer or two in a near by pub! – nice 🙂

Hi Jan,
I went to England when I was 18. It was the most amazing experience. I have so many photos of my two months over there – gosh I should see if I can scan them! Hiking in the mountains sounds like so much fun, I like the idea of a beer or two in the nice pubs! (england has the best pubs!)
cheers
