Recently I was down in New South Wales as I had to finish off my Diploma of Remedial Massage through my college. And you all know how much I love walking, so I walked the city streets, looking for Geocaches. Funny enough I walked the Streets of Redfern New South Wales the day before my birthday Surprise from David, walking near where i had to be the next day!
Redfern New South Wales
Side Streets of Redfern –
This was for a Business Sign, the other side of the Door had the rest of the words so I am not sure what it says!
Street Art – there is some incredible street art talent out there!
Old house near Redfern Train Station – I don’t like to see old buildings left to be damaged. They would look so good done up and renovated.
There is a wonderful Cache at this Martian Embassy Shop – hidden in Plain view and as soon as I had seen it I had to smile! It looks part of the building – yet its well hidden.
I loved walking the streets of Redfern New South Wales – its super busy during the week and there is so much to see down the side streets.
The town is full of life and character.
And it holds a special memory as it is where David sent me on a quest for my Birthday – with only giving me instructions to walk to Redfern Train Station, then to call him when I got there. Then to walk to the next street and then to call him again, and then to wait for further instructions, and to walk down more streets – as soon as I got to the last street I knew what it was by looking at the few shops that were there! It was a tattoo shop 🙂
Will share what tattoo I got in a blog post soon.
Have You Walked The Streets of Redfern New South Wales?
Cheers
