Todays Word for the BootsNAll Challenge is “Feast” – which has led me to speaking about what we love the most…vegetarian food, but more to the point Vegetarian Feast! We eat mostly Vegetarian – more so than any other type of foods!! We love eating healthy, and we have discovered that Red Meat is not a healthy option, and none of us can cope with eating the meat, so we have gone to Vegetarian Dishes – maybe sometimes we have chicken or seafood (fish)!
Vegetarian Feast
If you know me, you will know that I don’t like to cook….I have to cook because I have to, but it’s not my all time favorite thing to do. Luckily for our family, David loves to cook dinner (oh and he make the most yummiest deserts you have ever seen!)
Here are a few of our favorite Vegetarian Feast….
Mushroom Omelette – with Tabouli
Vegetarian Soup with chick peas!
Greek Salad for Christmas 2010
Crispy Noodle Salad
Vegetarian Patties with Egg Salad
Potato and Leek Soup with Rye Toast
Vegetarian Falafel
Vegetarian Pizza
One of Davids speciality – chocolate cakes…he loves to make the yummiest desserts!
Jacket Potatoes with Curry Beans
David loves to cook! For which I am so grateful!! Every night is like a Vegetarian Feast in our home.
Do you like to eat vegetarian? When David cooks, he either uses a recipe from the Internet, or our favorite cook book. Sometimes he even makes the recipe up, and starts with the ingredients. Once he has the ingredients out on the bench, he works out what he is going to make, adds a bit of this and a little bit of that – and before we know it we have a meal that is fit for a king!! David creates meals, then we are so fortunate to be able to enjoy them 🙂
What Is Your Favorite Vegetarian Feast?
Cheers

Starting November 1, we’re launching a project called 30 Days of Indie Travel. We’re inviting bloggers from around the world (including you!) to join us in a daily blogging effort reflecting on our past travel experiences. Each day, we’ll post a new prompt on BootsnAll articles. Bloggers can follow the prompts as strictly or loosely as they like, interpreting them in various ways and responding via text, photos or video posted on their own blogs – Courtesy of Boots N All Blog Site 🙂
I don’t understand vegetarian philosophy, sorry 🙁

Hi Victor,
No need to say sorry!! The vegetarian way of life is around eating meals that make you heatlhy! Its about eating fresh meals, vegetables, salads, fruit, milk that has not be processed, eggs, and lots of food that is not pre-made!!
Cheers

Yes Yes Yes I could have posted about a vegetarian feast we once had a friends. Patrick was an amazing cook and we couldn’t believe the entire meal was vegetarian (big praise coming from a very fussy Italian).
