Visiting My Favorite Place Plus Having Coffee With A Great Friend

Have you got a favorite place to visit? One you like to go to and have coffee and visit with a Great Friend? I love Mooloolaba. The beaches, the waterfront shops and the cafes, the people, the views, the playground, and good coffee….what more could a girl want?

Do You Need A Holiday? We All Do!!

Three of my all time favorite things in one place..beaches, cafe’s, and friends! I love looking at the ocean – I am not sure why or what thats all about – but the waves have such a great calming feeling over me. I can actually walk along the beach, and soon become lost with my thoughts. If you were to walk with me, you would soon realise that I am not “there” as in, you could ask me a question but I would not be able to answer you!

The other week (actually it may well be close to three weeks!!) I was so very lucky…I got to have coffee with a great friend. Toni-Louise asked me to have coffee at Mooloolaba…that is how I can say “Visiting My Favorite Place Plus Having Coffee With A Great Friend” was possible 🙂

Then the cafe’s…I love to sit at cafes and watch people. A bit like sitting at an airport and watching everyone coming and going! I love to do that – watching everyone and trying to guess where they are going, where they have come from!!

Cafe and Friends

Great Friends – it’s so important for me to have time out! Especially when I am at home with the boys and doing Home schooling! I need to have an adult conversation with a friend…..instead of talking about kids all day long 🙂

Awww.. thank you so much Lisa. What a beautiful post. It was so nice to catch up with you. And catching up with people for coffee is always fun too. You get to sit somewhere different, watch the people come and go and walk by and immerse yourself in conversation and feel relaxed.

I really love your list of favourite things. And probably high on my list too is that I too love serenity and I do find that too with a walk along the ocean… it’s peacefulness and energy. It’s a beautiful place isn’t it.

We’ll have to meet again sometime very soon before you are off on the road again 🙂
