Are you wondering What Australia Zoo Have To Do With New Life on the Road? Well I wish that I had the most exciting news to share with you…but I still have something to share about Australia Zoo. You see, we have been communicating with Australia Zoo via the phone, and with emails. We are excited to let you all know that we……
Australia Zoo and New Life on the Road Have A Deal?
David and Kyle at Australia Zoo – 2010
I so wish I could say that Australia Zoo has the deal of a century for New Life on the Road!! You see, I have had a massive dream to travel Australia in our Motorhome, with the outside painted in animals….like maybe a crocodile, a tiger, a snake, or maybe even have Steve Irwin on the outside of our bus – holding a croc – with the saying “Crikey” next to the picture!!
I would love to travel Australia, town to town, city to city, with our Motorhome displaying Australia Zoo – plus their wildlife phone number so if you come across our bus, and you need to know what to do with animals then you could ask us (our kids) all about it!
Nicholas and Kyle at Australia Zoo – 2010
Our youngest LOVES animals. Did you know that where ever Kyle is, animals are!! He can have green frogs all over him, ants crawling all over him, lizards, wild turkeys….any animal loves to be near Kyle. He even has a tiger poster on his wall in his bunk bed. Every day he tells us all that he wants to own a Zoo. I keep asking him if he wants to work at “Australia Zoo” when he gets older, but he tells me that he wants to open up his own zoo!!!
He is so clever 🙂
Last year (2010) we had family passes to Australia Zoo. It was perfect for our family, as I was working afternoon/night shifts. I would grab a few hours sleep, and then take our boys to Australia Zoo for a few hours when ever we wanted. Highly recommend yearly passes for all families!
Here is Kyle holding a green frog – everynight he used to find green frogs to say good night to!
Well after many emails, a few phone calls, a delay in getting back to us because it was Steve Irwin Day, Australia Zoo gave us the best news 🙂
Here Is The Final Email from Australia Zoo
Thank you for that additional information.
If you found a sponsor for your motor home, we could re-look at the idea of supplying Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital logos
All the best.

Why Is Australia Zoo A Good Fit For New Life on the Road?
- They are a Family Run business
- They care about Animals
- They work in Steve Irwin memory
- Our boys love wildlife
- We are travelling Australia – they represent Australia
- We can display the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital Numbers
- We can learn how to care for Wildlife Animals if/when the needs arise
- We can drive our Motorhome around Australia with pride
- Australia Zoo will always be our number one fan!!
They would love to place logos on our Motorhome – displaying “Australia Zoo Wildlife Logo and Phone numbers”
But we wanted the whole bus painted!!! Will the bus look good with just a logo….we sure hope so!
So the race is now on….who can we find to paint our bus, so that Australia Zoo can place logos on it?
