The other day (or night time?) our younger son’s Birthday Bike Gift was taken from outside our Motorhome in the Wollongong area. We need your help to keep an eye out for a new bike that someone has, a new bike that someone can’t explain for.
We are buying Kyle another one because we do not want him to go without but we are also sharing this in the hope that someone has seen something or knows something.
Wollongong We Need Your Help.
The bike was up against our Motorhome and someone needed to move things to get to it, and if it wasn’t raining we would have heard them. We are not sure the exact time it was taken because at first we thought it was located under our Motorhome, then we thought someone had put it into our Boot {but there isn’t enough room in there at the moment}, and then we were so busy out n about all week.
Kyle had been looking for it but thought Dad had put it somewhere safe. It was only yesterday {with us all home at the same time} that we realised it wasn’t anywhere safe and it was gone 🙁
Please share this photo around ::
This Is The Bike ~
It was his 8th Birthday Gift.
If It Hadn’t been raining all week long he would have been riding this ~ maybe he would still have it if it had been sunny!!!
Kyle’s Bike Was Stolen.
Please Share this so that We Can See If Anyone Knows Anything?
The bike can be replaced, but it was a gift for his Birthday!
Have You Seen It?
Thanking You For Your Help
Cheers

New Life on the Road.
We are at a caravan park in Townsville at the moment. A neighbour came over to us the other day to tell us to lock up our bikes while the show and V8 cars are in town as there is usually a spate of theiving going on. Apparantly last year it was really bad and the police told everyone affected in this camp to go to the local cash converters as they would quite likely find their gear there. Maybe worth a try?
Thanks Deirdre, we went to One of the Cash Converters Places yesterday. They have a copy of this blog post and they are sending it to all of their stores in the area.
Going to more Cash Converters today.
The police can only do so much because we never thought to take the ID number from the bike 🙁
Which is a lesson learned. Now everything is locked up!!
How is Townsville? Be warmer then here for sure.
Yes it is nice during the day but still a little nip in the air after 6pm! Don’t think we’ve dodged the winter completely.
We bought C a bike the other day, got it from the dump/recycling for $20. T is thrilled with it too as he rides it instead of his own. It’s a mountain bike in fairly good nick a little bit of rust and 2 flat tyres which have stayed up after we pumped them up on the way home. So…a bargain!!
Hope Kyle’s turns up, so upseting when it’s a present.
