Today I took our two younger boys to “AFL Auskick Ball Skills Program” organised for the Wollongong Homeschooling Group. And when we get there we discover Albion Park Library with a Resting Place.

pretty incredible hey 🙂
Wow, that’s a bit unusual.
We live within about 500 metres of a cemetery, I never thought I’d do that but it honestly doesn’t bother me. It’s small and well kept which helps.

When we stayed at Dave’s Parents place there was a cemetery in the paddock. Mind you the previous owners had bull dozed all of the head stones into the ground {I still think that its not a nice thing to do}.
We never got a visit from any of the ghosts 🙂
Wow – no I’ve never seen that before. Gives new meaning to resting with a good book 🙂 Great pics.

It sure was different, and yep sure is a great place to be resting 🙂
That’s a bit different, but it does look well cared for and tidy, not creepy.

It was different, and yet at the same time it was also fitting – a Library and a resting place! Wonder if any of the people from the Cemetery like to read the books in the Library?
I have to say I do love old resting places, quite special really. We’ve just signed up the older two for Little Athletics and when the boys get bigger I might try them on AFL x

It was so good to see the Cemetery looked after so well, and reading the plaques was interesting.
Our two boys are loving the New Ball skills they are learning!
Wow! I have never seen a resting place before!
Thanks for sharing.

Yeah it was different 🙂
never seen that before!! my local library has chickens that hang out there from the house next door!!
That would be so cool – having chickens at the Library!!
Albion Park! My home town. I lived there for 32 years & left only left 12 months ago to follow hubby’s job. My Mum used to work in the library. Thankfully she is not in the cemetery.
