I am trying to get back on track in every aspect of my life! From Blogging, to even healthier way of eating – gosh Do I miss my Green Smoothies every morning.
To working out – yeah still need to work on finding a gym that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, and one that lets me leave when we need to, without having to pay an heavy exit fee.
To getting more sleep….if you see me out and about on the Sunshine Coast excuse the Big Bags under my eyes, and the long hair in my eyes,…..I kinda got a bit neglectful for myself which was silly cause that caused a huge melt down when our motorhome broke down.
Lets Forget That ::
And lets look at the gorgeous photos of Rainbow Beach….I can’t remember exactly when we wen there {dates/times etc} but I do know that it was after we stayed at Hervey Bay overnight – did you see the Bridge we walked over, and the place where we camped under bats!! You gotta smile at the places we pull up at 🙂
The morning after Hervey Bay, we drove up to Rainbow Beach…it was so very hot that day, and we all melted. It was too hot for Kyle’s fair skin and there was no where to escape from the heat, so we found a playground, with a tree, and a fantastic sea breeze. Where I caught up on sleep – I had a migraine from the heat/lack of sleep and the only way I can get rid of one of those is too sleep – David read a book to Kyle and Cameron listened.
When it was cooler we all went down to the beach, for a swim, and then later on we went for a bush walk up to the Carlos Sand Blow.
While David and Kyle played in the Beach I went for a walk, sharing the walk with lots of 4Wd Vehicles….its moments like these that I wished we had a 4wd Car!
While walking along the beach I looked over to the rock cliffs. And there was a “Love Heart” and another rock with my name on it….I swear I didn’t write it!
Gotta Love the way Cameron is Walking! Gosh I love it when I capture my family when they are unaware.
Yeah David put Kyle up in this tree, and then walked away….I had to work out how to get him down!! It was so funny “How stuck he looked”
The different coloured Sand almost looks like gold!
Kyle and Cameron wanted to collect all of the different types of Sands From Rainbow Beach….mind you we didn’t have anything to carry the sand in!
With the Going down of the Sun, it was time to head back to our Campervan, and to get back on the road….we had to find an free overnight camping spot!
And we had to find dinner…its not easy to eat healthy meals when not cooking, and we normally end up paying big time because our boys are so very sensitive to the food additives/colours/preservatives…David and I know what they can and can’t have so its way easier when we cook their meals!
Stay tuned for what happened at Gympie Free Overnight Spot!
Have You Been To Rainbow Beach?
Cheers
Lisa

Oh my gosh Rainbow Beach, yes please! I would love it if ever got another Golden Retriever boy and we could drive in Jeep with the top down on that beach. And also I would throw the ball for him a lot. I was getting hot and a headache just reading your description of how hot you were with your migraine! That is so cool at the Lisa in the sand. This was a wonderful escape post yet again for me from you, Lisa! That you! 🙂

Yeah I am so glad I was able to get rid of that Migraine – Sleep is my only cure and Lots of water. So after about an hour sleep I kept drinking water and it disappeared.
