We got to experience Bundaberg Show on Wednesday, with the sunshine out and the crowds not so busy, it was a perfect day out.
And even though I was silly and wore my black boots {with a small heel} it still was a fun filled day for my boys 🙂
We got to meet an amazing lady who travels with about 40 different animals in her 40foot bus!! Yep she travels with mini pigs, goats, sheep, chicken, ducks, guinea pigs and Alpacas. Has been travelling from Show to Show, to nursing homes and events for about 20 years. Even does a display of shearing the sheep, and sells the wool.
There was Chickens and Rosters being judged in one of the indoors pavilions. Fruit animals in another one, and cakes that are so well made that you wouldn’t want to eat them, photo competitions {were not allowed to take pics}, pottery entered to be judged, market stalls, horses competing, cattle on display, and lots of food vans – and heaps of rides.
There was something for everyone.
Check out these HUGE chickens and Roosters 🙂
Another great read thanks to you Lisa! I am always amazed at how you are able to write and make your readers feel that they are just talking to a friend. My favorite part is “FRUIT TURNED INTO ANIMALS AT THE BUNDABERG SHOW”. Keep writing please!
I find myself unable to leave your blog! I can’t stop reading it! I must say you have a very unique voice in writing, which I personally appreciate. Thanks again Lisa!
