Today I got way out of my comfort zone, way more than I ever thought possible! And it was something that I am so glad I was made to do. You see I have wanted to visit Bottoms Up for a very long time, but fear took over me and I was too scarred to even make the appointment. Silly me, there was nothing to be worried about 🙂
Why I visited Bottoms Up!
Since we had our fourth son (which was by emergency c-section) I have had tummy issues. Lots of tummy issues. That is 10 years of tummy issues. Since going onto green smoothies and almost vegetarian way of lifestyle it has improved. But not by a lot of difference….maybe by about 40% compared to when I used to eat red meat/eat dairy food. I knew that my tummy system needed more.
Yep ~ David made the appointment, took time off work last night to come home early so that he could get some much needed sleep and then drove me into Mackay.
Before today I did not look at the website to read up on what was going to happen. David did all of the research and found out everything about the mechanics of what/how/why/which etc for it to work. He kept trying to share with me what to expect. But I kindly asked him not to tell me so that I would not back out from the appointment.
Driving To Bottoms Up
While driving to the location I was just barely keeping it together by trying to breath deeply, and pretend we were actually going out for a day of fun. There was no-way I could have opened that door if I knew what was about to happen! Yet I had nothing to fear. The lovely lady put my mind at ease, was so very friendly and so very re-assuring.
What even made it more comfortable for the whole procedure to be carried out, was the way I could see what was going on! Now this might weird you out…if so you could stop reading right now!
Still HERE? Well I did warn you….
there is waste matter aka Sh#t is about to be talked about!
You see there was a device on the wall. It was white with all these different knobs on it, with tubs attached to said device.
Now I am not going into the mechanics of it all (I am not a scientist) but I will say this…there is one tube for water and taking away waste material. And the device is attached to the plumbing system so that no waste matter has to be dealt with! Very clever if you ask me.
It was so very fascinating watching what was going on ~ knowing that my garbage was getting emptied. Yep I was able to cope with what was going on by saying that “My Waste Bucket Was Being Emptied” in a very big way 🙂
There is also charts on the wall that shows you how your insides works. Totally had my attention. And totally put the whole idea of visiting Bottoms Up as making sense. After all you give your car an oil charge, you take out the garbage to the bin, you put the veggie scraps into a compost bin, you make sure your appliances are working safely…so why not making sure your insides are finely tuned?
I am not going to go into the details of what happens afterwards ~ lets just say that my tummy is now a bit smaller than when I went in. Will I be going back? You betcha! Actually next Monday is my next appointment, and its one I made by myself!
I was given a list of foods to eat, when to eat them and what to avoid. I think (I hope) it’s still in the car, so that I can share the list asap. There was two products that I did buy to help ……
 A Natural Biotic Drink ~
Drinking 1/4 cup morning and night!
 Totally Natural Products ~
Raw Cultured Vegetables!
I have also been told to have my morning coffee at 11.00 am onwards…only to have water/lemon in the morning!! OH boy not sure how I am going to cope without having my morning coffee….I think that I will be going through withdrawl symptoms because I normally have my coffee before I even get out of bed. Sorry family for any bad words in the next few days.
Final Say
Yep I would highly recommend Bottoms Up for everyone! Actually they can treat young children to the elderly people…even able to help babies who are suffering from colic (not with treatmenst but with natural health products!)
Why Share What I Did?
The only reason that I like to share….is to help others. If what I am sharing about Bottoms Up Treatment can help at least one other person then that will make my day.

New Life on the Road
Hi Lisa
I have had this done as I have had the same kind of troubles and it was the best help I could of had. Kept me regular for 2 years now with no pain, less bloating etc etc.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Allie,
Its so good to hear another success story. I went for another treatment yesterday, and so far no headaches (last time I came down with a massive migrane). Very sore tender tummy but that was because she massaged it for so long to help with the treatment.
I have noticed I am not so bloated and not in any more pain! Which is such a bonus.
Will be going again next week and see if I keep getting good results 🙂
Cheers

Yeah its bit like that 🙂
Hi Lisa
I couldn’t read your entire post but it was sounding a lot like ‘colonic therapy’. my friend Laurie used to have regular appointments and was very happy with her results but stopped 2 years ago and hasn’t mentioned it since. Hopeyou are feeling better.
Love Annie
Hi Annie,
