With our blog set up we can actually see what words you all are searching for, and how you end up here through google! After having a giggle at some of the search terms I thought I would share Google Keyword Tools :: How Did You End Up Here! Landing to read New Life on the Road blog posts.
Would love to hear from you, the reader ~ where do you read, when do you find the time?
Is it at home on the computer in between kids/family life?
Or maybe while you are driving down the highway to your next destination? Actually that might not be a good thing because you shouldnt have your eyes on a screen and drive at the same time. So let us know when/how/where you are when you reading this.
How Did YOU end Up Here, According To Google ::
We have a behind the scene Google Keyword Tool set up to show us the search terms and how many people stop in to read the blog. It’s a bit like a traffic chart to show us the most popular keywords that keep the people turning up every day, month after month. It’s very clever but I sometimes have to wonder what Google is thinking when sending traffic our way.

Here Are The Most Popular Search Terms ::
Milky Feet – Yep we have that term at the top of our Google search! Luckily I did a post about Milky Feet when using the product.
Homeschooling Year 11 – I actually had to think if I had ever written about our son Zachery doing year 11 next year? So I went off to Google search engines and typed in “New Life on the Road – Homeschooling Year 11”. I was directed to Homeschooling News where we do share about our sons schooling/homeschooling styles!
Caravan Lounges – David made our lounges from scratch! From the frame-work, to the welding to the paint job, to the cushion and the cushion covers. He is able to basically build/make/create anything he sets his mind to! Still couldn’t find anything that we had written about our lounges that would direct you to here!
Potato Bake in A Slow Cooker – this is actually a term that brings us in traffic day after day, month after month. Its one of our most popular posts! Easy Potato Bake is such an easy meal to make, and one we love sharing!
How to Make Strong Bridges ~ This one was Zachery homeschooling unschooling project! “How to Build a Strong Bridge” is one that he worked on for some time, and the bridge was strong enough for us all to walk over it. Until the rain came, the creek filled up and went over the bridge – then it became too wet so we had to take it apart!
Yandina Markets – we love visiting Markets, especially when we were down on the Sunshine Coast. Havent had time lately but we used to go at least every couple of weekends ~ such great yummy local food at markets!
Injection Pump Service – bit of a weird search term – but David has to had to work on the engine a few times. “My Diesel Injector Pump Repair” is where David tried to get a mechanic to help repair the leaking injector, and ended up buying the part (with the advice of the mechanic sharing what to do) and fixing it himself!
Public Schools Better Than Homeschooling – that was actually a guest blog post, and was written on the ideas that homeschooling is better than public schools. I am not for/against any system. Each one is different, and each one works for different kids! We do have two in school at the moment, and two homeschooled. For us that is what works well 🙂
Good Restaurants in Bundaberg – We stayed in Bundaberg and tried a few (too many) Restaurants. Not sure any of them could live up to the Restaurants on the Sunshine Coast, or even in Melbourne but we did have fun trying them out 🙂
Smile the World Smiles with you – One that I had forgotten that I had written! And one that made me Smile today 🙂
What is My Dream ~ Not sure what Google Keyword Tool is directing people to when they use that search term? I got the result “You’ve Got To Have A Dream” so maybe that is what you are reading?
There are many more on the list! Such as Caravan Curtains, Must do’s on the Gold Coast, Mojos Cafe at Cotton Tree, What is the most Beautiful Landscape in the World and sill ones like “SteddyLetter.Ca” ????

New Life on the Road.
I love reading the “How did you get here” posts. People sure search for some strange things. I think I’m going to go Google “milky feet” now just to see what else is out there on the subject.

Hi Steve,
Its crazy what search terms come up for our Blog 😉
And yeah – Milky Feet! Who would have guessed that would be a search term that would lead peple to here!
Cheers
Lisa
I seem to get lost when trying to use Google Keyword Tools & I couldn’t figure out how people found us vis keywords. Maybe you could explain it step by step for dummies like me. Pretty please!!!
As to when & where I read. I wake up 2-3 hours before anyone else in the mornings and this is “MY TIME” Mostly I spend this time writing my blog (What I am supposed to be doing now!) or surfing the ‘net. Occasssionly I might pop on the ‘net during the day if something specific comes up, like ‘where is the specialist I have an appointment with in an hour?’? and other times to fill in gaps or just to have a break.
