Its incredible how many travellers are out there 🙂
I cannot let my other half see this post – he would be so jealous. I’m such a homebody I just couldn’t do it – but he would love it.

Thanks Becc, there sure is a lot of families on the road 🙂
This is a great list! I had thought about doing such a list, but only had a couple of names thus far, which would have been a fairly sad looking list! Now I don’t need to do one, because yours is so much better!
I love reading some of these adventures of life on the road, especially when we are trapped at home, with lots of mundane chores and jobs.

Haha, thanks for putting it together! I have travelled Australia myself (only lasted a year though, my wife couldn’t bear to be away from the house and our adult kids for much longer) and I always loved meeting people who were doing the same thing. It is such a shame that I never thought to blog about my experiences at the time.
Thanks for connecting here Jim, great to hear from you.
I can totally understand your Wife not wanting to be away from Grown Up kids – I feel the same with our older two sons 🙂
I am glad the blog is here cause that way one day our boys can look back on what they did, and where we were! Facebook pages are also a great way to share the travelling experience, or YouTube!
Hi Lisa, we have just joined the FB page and are loving reading about other families journey’s. Can you add our page to the list of families on the road?
