There is something that makes me buzz more than anything in the world. And that is giving a helping hand! I love to help others and see them get better. David is REALLY passionate about “Whole Foods” and sharing all that we learnt from Don Tolman.
Sharing What We Know
In the last week and a half we have shared Don Tolman teachings through his website (Don Tolman Official Website) with one guy in the caravan park where we are staying, through sharing some information about Diabetics with another wonderful lady, and now helping a guy at work.
We even have sent a juice product to a gorgeous lady in Tasmania to help her with treatment!
Davids Work Mate sister is really sick. She has seven kids and has been given two years max by the doctors ~ so David shared information about the benefits of mangosteen fruit, water fasting, eating foods for certain cancers, and even how Fruit/Veggies smoothies will help. As well as the teaching of Don Tolman Whole Food Techniques.
The work mate passed on the information and his sister is now keen to connect with Don Tolman. She is going down the path way to living naturally – and it is possible without Doctors help. Guess this will shock you ~ but we would never ever seek treatment from a doctor.
We have seen first hand what happens with Doctors attitudes. We both have lost loved family members to cancer treatment. Now I am not saying all doctors sux, they are good for emergency situations. But they are not good for looking at all of the options for helping to cure disease.
Have you ever looked at that word “Dis-Ease” and what it means? I googled it
Medical Meaning :: “A disease is an abnormal condition affecting the body of an organism. It is often construed to be a medical condition associated with specific symptoms and signs. It may be caused by external factors, such as infectious disease, or it may be caused by internal dysfunctions, such as autoimmune diseases. In humans, “disease” is often used more broadly to refer to any condition that causes pain, dysfunction, distress, social problems, or death to the person afflicted, or similar problems for those in contact with the person.” – Wikipedia Definition.

Don Tolman Meaning :: “Disease is a mystery. There’s huge money in mysteries. There’s huge money in nearly every disease, because they’re mysterious……
You never want to solve the mystery (find the cause or the cure). If you do, you solve the money…you’re out of business. On the other hand Health is not a mystery. Health is a wealth all its own. There’s no money in Health!”
Now can you see how his teachings make sense?

David and I with four of our boys have done Don Tolman 2 1/2 days Bootcamp on the GoldCoast. We listened to what Don had to say, and it made sense to us.
Since that day we have changed a lot in our household. We no longer use chemicals for cleaning, we use food to heal and we look at the reason why when we are not feeling well – instead of trying to mask the situation, we let nature takes it cause. We even cured our sons Foot Infection naturally!

Boosting a Child’s Immunity.
I can’t answer everything in one blog post! Because Don Tolman has two books that we use and each one is over 600 pages 🙂 But I will try to include as much information as possible.
Childs Immunity Tips ::
- Use Licorice – not the sweet type that you get in stores (its a darker kind that you need) Need to find the one that contains “Licorice Mass”
- try looking in health food stores – think they even have it in tea bag form?
- Licorice is also famous for its ability to he;p with asthma and bronchitis.
- Coconut ~ supports and aids immune system function
- Red Onion Soup ~ cook up a red onion, with butter, and water – when cool eat all of the soup (not sure if that is Don Tolman teaching but we use it all of the time for our kids!)
- Fresh air, cold air, salt, liquids and rest!
- Do not smoke near the child
- Do not use medications that are targeted for the common cold – it will make the croup worse
- Lots of fresh citrus juice, water, steamed or raw vegetables – lots of hugs is recommended!
- We used lots of steam from the shower for our son Zachery when he was little as he used to get a lot of croup every winter. He has outgrown it now!
- If the steam from the shower doesnt work, then the cold night air will help.
- Also cut up an onion and place it next to the bed – remember not to touch the onion in the morning because it has taken all of the germs out of the air ~ this is one remedy that we use! Not sure where we picked up that tip?
Apple Cider Vinegar (With Natural Honey)
Is one of the most powerful healing home remedies. It will heal the body if you can get over the taste 🙂 Add honey (which is pure from a honey farm ~ not shop bought honey) to mask the taste!
The old wives saying “An apple a day will keep the doctor away” is very true as it has so many benefits. Will also improve lung capacity, prevents constipation, protect your heart, slows aging process.
Fruit/Veggies Smoothy ::
Cabala Juice is our next step. We already have Smoothies for Breakfast ~ David makes this every morning for our breakfast -carrots, apples, paw paw, kale, banana, Chi Tea Seed and Honey (whatever fruit/veggies we have available at the time!).
As soon as we can I will be trying Cabala Juice:-
C – 5lbs of carrots
A – 2 red apples
B – 1 beet 1/3 fist size
A – 2 yellow apples
L – 1 whole lemon (rind and all)
A – 2 green apples.
Foods To Avoid ::
Anything that is processed! Including white bread, white flour, biscuits etc. Anything that has colours or preservatives ~ the more isles you go down in the shopping centre the more dangerous your food is going to be. So stick to the outer isles in your shop ~ that is where you will find fresh fruit n veggies.
Keep away from meat
Only drink Pure Milk ~ milk proudcts are very dangerous because they have so much added ingredients!
Increase Appetitie ::
Try all of the above! Apples, Fruit/Veggie Smoothy and Apple Cidar Vinegar/with honey. As well as lots of water, fresh air and sunshine!
There is so much that I can share from Don Tolman Books…and so much that we use from each book!
