Its that time of the week again! Munching Monday where I share a recipe that we make while living in our Motorhome. Mind you this was our Oldest Son’s Recipe because he stayed with us for two days last week before deployment day.
And to be honest I didn’t think to ask him how to make it….but I do know the ingredients list cause we went shopping together for the Sundried Tomatoes Chicken Pasta Dish. I never ever thought he would make a good cook….love it when I get surprises.
Sundried Tomatoes Chicken Pasta
500 grams of Chicken Breast or Chicken Thighs
250 grams of bacon
250 grams of Mushrooms
250-500 grams of Sundried Tomatoes (depends on how much you like them!)
1 Clove of Garlic
(I am guessing here? – should have asked him how to make it cause it tasted so damn good!!)
1. Brown the Onion
2. Add the Mushroom
3. Set aside and Brown the Chicken/Bacon
4. Add the Chicken/Bacon to the cooked Mushroom and Onion
5. Add the Garlic and Sundried Tomatoes
6. Cook and add the cream
7. Cook Fettuccine according to the packet instructions
8. Dish up the Sundried Tomatoes Chicken Pasta – top with lots of yummy Parmesan Cheese
Next time our older son cooks this meal I will have to take more photos and watch how he makes it.
