So we have shared our thoughts about Myall National Park and Mungo Campsites {can’t recommend the smelly toilets but hey the view over looking the lake and the beach access makes up for it!}
Mungo Brush Campground Beach is literally across the road from the campsites. And you won’t believe the paradise you will walk out to when you are finished with waking up, having breakfast and ready to explore. Even the teenagers who don’t like to get out and explore will love the beach!
Its hard to imagine how busy this place can get when there was no-one there but us for ages!
Wondering about the Island, can it be accessed by a boat? And is there camping facilities out on the island? Would be so cool to find out 🙂
He never found any money on the beach, but walking back to the campground area they did find 50 cents!
We loved the Campground, we loved the beach and we loved spending two days there chilling out before our next stay – wait to you see where we spent the next two nights! In the most amazing place with no internet connection – oh take me back!
Have You Been To Mungo Brush Campground Beach?
What Was Your Favorite Spot – the River or the Beach.
We loved watching the Sunset over the river, and we loved watching the dingos walking past us at night time.
Would highly recommend the Mungo Brush Campground Beach, and the Mungo Campsites at Myall National Park. We loved staying there for two nights, and would go back in a heart beat.
Have You Stayed Still Watching The Sun Set Over A Lake?
Cheers

New Life on the Road
Isn’t it wonderful there? We had a holiday place in Hawks Nest for years, now go there in the motorhome. We stay either at Mungo Brush or Jimmy’s Beach CP. we love the lake. We came home on Sunday after being in the area for a few days.
It is gorgeous 🙂
Great to hear from another traveler who has stayed at Mungo Brush – Jimmy’s Beach sounds so nice!
Cheers
