The last week has been scary for New Life on the Road blog! So much so that I was so very close to giving up this blog. Which I have cried so many tears over. You don’t realise what you have till its almost gone! You don’t realise what you value in life until you can’t do what you have done for over six years.
What The Hell Happened To New Life On The Road
And it was a good wake up call! You see I have taken our blog for granted and neglected it so much. But when I couldn’t see all of my pictures I was freaking out so much.
I didn’t know what to do with it.
I have been going around and around in circles – with wordpress.org forum help. With help from HostGator, with help from YouTube. With help from family.
And I had asked for help from a guy on Fiverr but he said all of my pictures were deleted. And that I would have to access my blog via a folder that he found from back in 2016, but I would have to sit there and download photo by photo to my computer and then upload to the blog post….do you know how many blog posts that I have here on New Life on the Road? 967 Blog Post!! Over 10,000 photos!!!
So I reached out to a guy that started New life on the Road Journey…and he walked me through step by step what to do to find all of my photos…and every single photo was there. He knows he who is he – and I don’t have the words to say thanking you.
I cried but now I am doing the happy dance.
And that saying “Everything happens for a reason, and yes it does”
Now I am getting serious about appreciating everything that I have on here and won’t take it for granted ever.
And yes I am now sitting here doing a back up!!!
This kid of ours – He has taught me so much – he has taught me never ever to give up and I am going to make sure that I am not ever going to give up.
So What The Hell Happened To New Life on the Road?
Well I had a reality check. And we are now back….
With lots of exacting things to share!
Have You Ever Been Scared And Woken UP?
Cheers
